Semper Fi

Remember this group of Marine's that I had the privilege of attending their homecoming? Well they will be deploying again soon... and I had the honor of taking pictures for this family before they part. Thank you for allowing me to capture your family memories!

Marine Graduation

I know you probably think that most of my posts lately have all been military! Isn't it great!!! It has been so wonderful for me to be able to be a part of multiple military events lately. It was wonderful to be there for the end of the beginning for one Marine.

The Few. The Proud.

Honor, courage, and commitment.

It was my privilege today to be able to witness the homecoming of the Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 165, the White Knights!

I don't know how military families do it. I get so emotional just being there for the homecoming, not even having someone that I've been waiting for! Thank you Lara for allowing me to be there for such a great event! To all the White Knights who have returned home, WELCOME HOME!!!! And thank you for all you do for your country!

Daddy's Girls

It was just SO fun to see the excitement of a family reunion after 6 months of separation. What a great family to sacrifice the time together to serve our country to provide us the freedoms that we have. Such as the right to vote! Don't forget... November 4th... exercise your rights... get out there and VOTE!

These adorable girls looked like they were going to have a break down when dad went to get his bags... I think they thought he was already leaving again. They kept a close eye on him to make sure he was coming back! Such a sweet family.

I don't know how these families do it. I was getting emotional just being there taking pictures... I can't imagine not being with my husband for 6 months! I think it would seem like an eternity!

Thank you for your service and welcome home!

Welcome Home

Photobucket
I was very fortunate to be a part of a Marine homecoming. This is a peek at the joyful reunion. He was reunited with his family after being gone nearly six months. This was the first time he saw and held this little girl! Thank you so much for letting me be a part of such a special moment.
